Placement planned digitally before we ever begin.
Surgery and the final crown under one roof.
How much are we replacing?
One tooth, a few, or a whole arch.
One implant, one crown
The gold standard for a single missing or failing tooth. Unlike a bridge, an implant doesn't require grinding down neighbors, and it keeps the jawbone stimulated so your face keeps its shape.

Implant questions
Straight answers.
Very. We separate the roles of dentist and anesthesia provider — a dedicated in-house CRNA monitors your vitals and airway continuously while Dr. Palmquist focuses only on the dentistry. This is the same staffing model used in hospital surgery.
With true IV sedation, yes. You'll drift off within a minute or two and have no memory of the procedure. You wake up feeling like it never happened.
Yes. Anyone receiving IV or oral sedation needs a responsible adult to drive them home and stay with them for most of the day.
Most patients are alert and awake within 2 – 10 minutes after the medication has stopped. Grogginess wears off over the rest of the day; most people are back to normal by the next morning.
We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans and file the claim for you. Bring your card to your first visit or call ahead and we'll verify benefits.
Sedation is priced by procedure length. Because we keep the CRNA in-house we're able to offer sedation for a fraction of what a hospital oral surgery visit costs. We'll give you a written estimate at your consult.
